That'sa annoying - I had him down to walk after three games. I've lost a fiver on that one.

Youd have thought he'd have liked the hustle and bustle of the lower leagues, he'd have more chance of copping a quick feel in league 2 rather than the premiership..

I would imagine the NCFC supporters are feeling a tad nervous that my prediction of a false dawn is closing in.
I hope for their sake it works out OK with the investers despite the 'Camp Bell' walking out on them

On a serious note, Sol is an interesting one - he had that wobble at Arsenal when he disappeared for a few days, and the Notts County decision was, in my view, bewildering. It wouldn't have been just about the money - he would (and to my understanding, did) have had plenty of offers from premier league clubs.
He may just be one top class footballer with something interesting to say - I might even consider reading any autobiography.
Of course, he could just be a bit thick.

Very interesting article yet. A bit worrying for Notts County fans mind.

If I were a Notts County fan, I'd be pretty relieved Sol's walked - at least saves them from the possibility of being left with a Ruddock style lump on their wage bill if the Munto thing turns out to be fool's gold. But then I'd also be worried by the possibility that he walked because maybe he found out something the rest of us don't yet know.

The Guardian have it in their reporting that he is believed to want to leave for "sporting reasons" - if this is true, it might be the funniest thing I've heard all year.
Campbell: "I need to leave - their players aren't any good". League 2 didn't tip you off then, Sol.
I hope this is the case.

I would have been surprised if he stayed there very long - I just can't make any sense of his decision to go there in the first place. League Two is probably the best fourth division in the world, but it's still a huge step down from the Premiership. The man's insane.
