Its not a devil, Its a hanya mask.
"The Hannya mask, with its horns and sharp fangs, is probably the best known of all Noh masks. This character was once a beautiful woman who fell in love with a priest. Her unrequited love causes her to turn into a monster who expresses the fury of a woman overwhelmed by jealousy and anger. These are common in Japan where people believe the image of a scary monster will drive evil spirits from their home... sort of a good luck mask."

serious question now.
what was it like over the chest area and the bingo wings on the arms?
i've 2 tats. one comes over from my left shoulder blade, over the shoulder and down my arm to my elbow. it doesn't cover the chest area or back of the arm. pain wise it was comfortable. only point at which it made me grit my teeth was when he went over my collor bone.
my other on my right arm was virtually pain free.

Ye, im not gonna lie to you, the chest was horrible which i was supprised and the bingo wing area is pure agony and like your self i was biting so hard i thought my teeth would fall out. Also the elbow was not nice, but the worse was the inner arm/bingo wing area. And fred, fuck you, everyone would kill to have a body like mine :-)
