OK, so did a bit of digging this arvo with two of my Celtic (proper Jocks and one of them a season ticket holder) mates. They both concur that Ben Hutchinson is mustard and will score regularly in Lg.1. Ferry is supposedly a slightly built lad but is technically gifted (sounds remarkably similar to Igoe on a good day from what they told me). Ultimately they were very, very surprised the boys chose to drop to Lg.1 but said it says a massive amount about both our ambition and the ability of our management to attract 'proper players' to Wilts. Here's hoping.  |

What position is Hutchinson? It doesn't seem to say on the OS . He is a striker, which I am told, is a position we have been looking to fill for some time now. |

Good to hear those comments from the Jocks..and yet you get the fuckwits on the thisis site coming out with stuff like 'I don't like the sound of them' and 'cheap skate Fitton has gone for the cheap option' etc..etc..I know I shouldn't read it but they want shooting.

Don't know much about ferry, but one of my mates is a lifelong M'Boro fan and he's said they tried tooth and nail to keep hutchinson, they rated him that highly even then.
Well done Danny more quality hungry young players eager to prove themselves. can only be a good thing!!

It means that he's muscular, but a bit of a retard. The first 3 letters of muscular and the last 4 letters of retard, put them together and you get mustard. Simple

Just a thought...but couldn't Fitton organise a promotion for the 'thisis...' crowd at a future home game? He could arrange for them to be given free tickets in a block of the Arkells, and then at half time the man-on-the-mike could ask for a big wave from all the mongs forum contributors. They then all stand up and go berserk and - at that precise moment - the block they are sitting in erupts cataclysmically, disappears in to the bowels of the stand (amongst much smoke and confusion) to reappear seconds later as row after row of empty seats...to jubilant and hearty cheers from the rest of the stadium. Just an idea, like. |

That'd be ace. Or we could use the mongs as half time entertainment. Every week they could get various challenges in the middle of the pitch as half time entertainment. Blind folded tiger wrestling. Setting yourself on fire and putting yourself out with petrol. Jump the 50mph Lorry. Catch the Anvil/javelin/arrow from a bow while handcuffed. |
