It is a very simple game where you train a gladiator, earn gold and experience to buy more training/better armour. You don't control the fighting - the system works out who wins based on all the stats of each gladiator.

It gets a bit boring after a few days (I tried it earlier in the year) - you can get extra experience points within the game if you get people outside of the game to click on the link he has included.
