This may sound a trifle harsh, although it is not designed to be, and no disrespect is intended. I see a dead body at least once a week. Any death is tragic, more so when it is unexpected. It is especially so in the case of a young person, and where they have dependants who are ''left in the cold''. My sympathies go to them. Initially I feel sorrowful, yet after the results of a PM my sorrow evaporates on an ever-increasing basis. Amongst the under-25s - so many car accidents, deaths from cirrhosis and drug abuse. Self-infliction is now all too common. Until the PM I suspend the extent of my sympathy for someone I have never known. I wish the family well.

I too see this kind of thing often and infact my work mates were some of the meds trying to revive him. I cant quite understand why you would reserve any sympathy? End of the day there is a child now who does not have a father. He was 21 and was too young to die. Fact |

I understand Dan. I was trying to be objective Dan. Until the circumstances and cause of death become clearer then I am unable to comment. I just hope the family have the best support to deal with it as best they can. |

The fact that he is to be cremated in his Town shirt gives me the reason to extend my sympathy a little more than i usually would. |
