I see they have already sold around 2000 tickets, and it's all ticket for them. Is it the same for us?

Doesn't say anything on the O/S. Should be a great atmosphere, more-so after we hammer the franchise tomorrow!!!

Only reason I can think of for them making it all ticket for Southampton is that they think they'll sell out and don't want fans travelling up without a ticket. Bit pointless though as they'll just end up in the home section if they can't get a ticket in the away section.
Other than the end of last season, Southampton fans are generally pretty well behaved. Plus they have loads of fit bird supporters, I reckon they've got the fittest in the country - never seen so much gash at any other ground.

One of the lads i used to work with is a proper Southampton Hoolie. And i mean proper, he came into work once after an away "friendly" in Sweden with bruises all over where they got in a ruck with some police and got truncheoned and nicked. He lives in Swindon as well, so he'll be there. He used to say if you lose a match on the field, make sure you win it off the field. Nice bloke though.

Yeah the was someone at new college who (and FB will remember this) was a southampton fan who was nicknamed "Armchair" cos he never went to any games. Maybe it got to him as he then proceeded to go to uni in Southampton and blow his student loan going to every game home and away and got in with the firm there. Heard rumours of lads smoking crack in the back of minibuses. Doubt its the same guy you're talking about.

I went to college with a lad in Swindon who was a S'oton fan... he's since developed a weird cockney accent, and once went to a pre-season game in Bucharest. Mental.

I went to Charlton Vs Southampton the year they got to the Cup Final and the gash count was very high that day plus it was roasting which made it even better.
