I'm sticking my head in the sand and remembering other clubs embarrassing first day defeats that didn't matter.
Tranmere last season, Man U in the "you can't win anything with kids" year, didn't Reading get done on the first day before their promotion to the Prem.

Honestly what worries me most isn't the lack of striker. We'll get a couple. It's the lack of creative midfield players and the seemingly still fragile nature of our defence.
I'm going to get slated, but Morrison isn't good enough just now (not that Ifil's form seems any better).

VOlume all the way up, can hear nowt but a faint hiss and voices.
The commentary has just stopped mate, they are running tests which is what you can hear, but up till now there was commentary just very quiet. Now its an interview with some bint. |
