Spike Lee's "When the Levees Broke" (about Hurricane Katrina) is pretty good I seem to recall.

"Woodstock" is a good music documentary,

I saw a pretty good one last night about steroids and stuff called Bigger, Faster, Stronger.

Shockingly it is far from an anti-doping propaganda film even being pretty pro steroids in places.  Eek (or at least trying to have a balanced POV).

This guy makes an appearance.

What We Still Don`t Know, in 3 parts is fantastically geeky if you`re into physics, evolution and creationism.

Someone already said "When We Were Kings". I think that's one of my favourite ever films.

"Hoop Dreams" is a good basketball doc. "Once in a Lifetime" is a good one about the New York Cosmos and football in the US in the 70s.

"Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait" is excellent for spacing out to.

Live Forever is not bad if you're a fan of "Britpop".

Ignore anything by Michael Moore - can't stand the bloke and a lot of his films have a very staged feel.

There's another Louis Theroux special on Sunday at 9pm (BBC2) about a Californian city with a crystal meth problem.

Yeah I heard about that. Should be good. I liked the one he did when he went to the Ghetto in Philidelphia and the one with the vigilantes in South Africa.
