Just search for open uk proxy addresses (in google) then copy the details into your internet browser settings (in the connection proxy settings).

It will trick the iplayer into thinking you're in the uk.

This is true,however im pretty sure most mascots are bigger than any "usual-sized" shirts. The plymouth Argyle mascot looks a hell of a lot bigger than any football shirt size i've seen.He's got a hell of a gut on him.
