Refused to play today apparently.

The Scottish League have made themselves look complete morons over this. They decide with less than a week before of the start of the season to relegate Livingston to the 3rd division. Livingston appeal it, as they can't do the appeal before the start of the season they say the matches will go ahead with Livingston in the 3rd. Then if their appeal is successful, the affected matches will be ruled null and void and played again with the Livingston in the 1st. Livingston then refuse to play the 3rd division game.

How could they fuck it up so badly?

They shouldnt have allowed them an appeal, just like the FL doesnt.

What a shambles - now the other games have been played surely they can't reverse the decision?

Maybe Livi' can take the double relegation as a fresh start (AFC Wimbledon), get winning and the crowds back?

I agree. But the SFL shouldn't have made the decision so close to the start of the season, shouldn't have come up with the punishment without warning and should have a reasonable and fixed penalty system for rule breaches.

Its not the punishment that's the problem, just the incompetent manner in which the SFL have handled it.
