I see Casal has been given a squad number, now that is a surprise.

maybe its my OCD but why swap all the numbers around. I guess its players choice but why do the likes of JPM and Timlin need to switch numbers?
1 LUCAS 2 CUTHBERT 3 4 DOUGLAS 5 IFIL 6 GREER 7 McGOVERN 8 EASTON 9 10 TIMLIN 11 McNAMEE 12 SMITH 13 14 MORRISON 15 AMANKWAAH 16 ALJOFREE 17 KENNEDY 18 O'BRIEN 19 JEAN-FRANCOIS 20 PAYNTER 21 PEACOCK 22 MACKLIN 23 THOMPSON 24 25 MARSHALL 26 27 CASAL 28 SCOTT 29 HAMMONDS

Interesting to see that the number 3 has been left free...I think indicating we are still in the hunt for a left back even with the bright showing of Lescinel at the weekend.

Mcgovern should wear number 7 being a right winger.

A match worn No. 27 shirt for sale would be an even bigger surprise.

What is with Peacock changing again? I thought 32 was 'special' to him?

The number 27 will probably get worn a lot, but only from polishing the youth team coach....

32 was SPECIAL to him as it was his age last season IIRC, I can't see him playing much of a part this season anyway, I think he could be gone come Christmas.

Wasn't it something to do with the number on a garage door he used to kick a ball against when he was a lad? Pretty sure I read that on the OS and a teffer didn't make it up.
