I think the LA fans have a point. Becks is there 'toogood Brown', only he actually is too good.

Beckham's got to expect this reaction for behaving like a cunt.

With the Yanks being football novices, I can't believe their abuse is up to the levels Beckham had to endure after the 1998 World Cup. If I remember correctly, most of Upton Park suggesting Posh Spice likes it up the arse didn't go down to well with him - can't see them pushing things that far.
Wouldn't surprise me if we see him back in the Premier League pretty soon. All he's interested in at the moment is playing in the next World Cup and I'm sure he'd buy out his contract himself to make that happen.

He would never say it but Beckham must know that the America trip is the biggest mistake of his career, made when he had been dropped by England and probably thought his international career was over.
The fact that he now seems to want to play in Europe again, after the spell at Milan, is an admission of this mistake.

I say fair play to Becks. One of the current footballers who genuinly seems to want to play for his country. Cuntish or not fair play to Becks!

Beckham deserves the stick, but it's always good to see them react I love it when fans do a bit of winding up but they then hate it when the players react. Yes, they're role models blah blah blah but they're also human.

I was quite pleasantly surprised to see some US fans with a bit of passion. If our star player decided to miss 5 months of the season by playing elsewhere, I think I'd be quite cheesed off as well.
