Ive given up drinking for a bit,14 days without any so far Lifes a bit boring really, just been sat about and dog walking and stuff.I enjoy doing nothing much in my old age. Watching the boxing on ITV,the Tyson Fury v a Massive Fat bloke was embarrasing.Gonna watch Amir on tinternet now. All the Tef is getting old(er). And the new young people are rubbish compared to the old young people.

I've been listening to some of the vinyl I bought this morning...
...not long had a record player so my collection is small at the moment. Today I bought
Led Zeppelin I, II and III The Specials ...and a Prince compilation for the missus (I'm hit and miss with his stuff)

All the Tef is getting old(er). true that. everyone is settling down. some of us are still prone to being morons though, so i guess nothing has changed. saturday (k)night update: watched den brysomme mannen earlier and am just about to watch dead man's shoes. a norwegian film followed by a british film, seems a fair deal.

Had my graduation today. Was going to sample the delights of Melksham Carnival and the accompanying 'Farce in a tent' (sorry, party in the park) but ended up staying in and watching Wall-E with some uni friends instead.
Now I'm really tired.

Wall-E is a fucking awesome film.
Wall-E is at best a 30 minute (and then pretty tedious short) overblown into a full-length film - a classic example of "it all sounded great in the pitch". Your post is right up there with axs' nomination of "Love Actually" in the Favourite British Films thread. I snort derision at you, sir.

You're wrong and you're a grotesque ugly freak. Wall-e is a brilliant film. I'll grant you that the start is it's strongest. The first bit would make an awesome short film by itself, but the rest of the film is still fucking awesome. Your failure to realise this says more about your judgement than mine.
