A vaguely spanish style slightly sweet and spicey pork stew. Made with lots of paprika, cinnamon, some chilli flakes, honey and a couple of different types of beans.

Made last night, but like many such things nicer the next day. Delicious.

Also going with lots of wine.

Noodles, mushrooms and salmon. Surprisingly not washed down with any alcohol - I ache all over, have a sore throat and have a stinking headache. Others at work have come down with the plague so maybe its my turn - or it could be manflu.

That's a tin of Crosse and Blackwell baked beans with sausages....chopped up.

You can't fool me..good to see some proper grub being eaten rather than poncy "on a bed of this" with a "drizzle of that" muck.  Doesn't anybody eat pies any longer?

That bread looks good, it is difficult to get good bread in this part of the world.
