They wont get as much for Beckford as what we got for Cox.
Because Beckford is a complete cunt character wise. Who bottles big games.
Any transfer kitty could come a bit late for them anyway.

I've just read that thread on WACCOE, they really are a deluded bunch. When will they realise that "massive Leeds" aren't so massive anymore.

I'd disagree here, and not to make it sound like we're up our own arses or anything, but it's because we're Leeds. It's just unfortunately common sense that if someone plays well at a high profile club (Beckford), he'll be valued more than those playing well at lower-profile clubs (Cox). I'm not saying that to wind anyone up by the way, it is just the way it goes in football now. Media's play on it is huge. ----- Samdy, you are right, we aren't a massive club anymore. We're a League One club. ^ ^ ^ I dunno if you lot count this one as a bite, I see it as quite tame myself.

Exactly they are an average League One side now. Ok they have a bigger fan base than most clubs in the division etc. but they are no different to Swindon Town or even Exeter City now, They are a League One club nothing more, nothing less, I wonder when their fans will finally realise that.

Basing it on a people's opinions on WACCOE isn't really considering our whole fanbase, is it?

True, if you base your judgements on the ThisIs forum then I would be ashamed to be a Swindon fan.....which I am not before you say! its just one slice of fanbase.

What will happen at leeds if you dont go up rosie? Will there be a mass backlash? End of season i would have said you would finish top 3, now with takeovers and other traditional low spenders spending. (us, udders, Brighton etc) it's not looking as clear cut.
