Especially with Phil King there as well. He was superb for the Lou Macari do a couple of years ago.

Looking forward to it. Nice to see the club add a few interesting lots to the auction too. Is thisrelated to 'payment' for the RAF involvement in the Gordon Greer transfer? Either way nice to see some bridge building.

I believe due to the fact that the payment for Greer made a 'significant dent' in the RAF funds, the club has decided to help promote the fund, because at the end of the day, they are the major beneficiaries.

As the RAF benefits the club also they are more than happy to help out with items for auction.

JFW - No food I'm afraid, although they do crisps etc Cheesy

Should be a good night though I think with Phil King on the mike a chance to ask Danny about his new captures and hopes etc for the season, be interesting to see how pre-season was in Don's day also and what he makes of it all these days

Phil and Danny played in the same Sheffield Wednesday side of course.

Last time they did an event together there were a fair amount of stories flying around.

Most of the stories referred to the size of Phil King's arse these days, and also about his Cavendish Square short-cut.

Just a quick update on a few other auction items we've been given for the auction on the night:

Subscriptions to FourFourTwo magazine
a full Kit for your team supplied by FourFourTwo
copies of Fifa 09 donated by EA Sports
Train with the STFC Squad
Travel to the Brentford game on the team coach, help lay the kit out.... (for 2 people)

This is only a small selection there will be other things on the night
