True - but I've always felt that the right attitude or work-rate shouldn't really be used as an attribute - it should be the bare minimum, a "given" as it were.  To me its just professionalism - trying your best to do your job to the best of your abilities.

Quite a few players seem to get by on this for a while.  Believe me, put me in a town shirt and my attitude and work rate will be fucking brilliant.  You won't like me though, because I'm shit at football.

It may seem like a bare minimum to you and i, but the fact that we're debating whether or not it is a good attribute to have in a player means it isn't always there. I bet I can list as many talented players who haven't "made it" as you can list shit players with a decent attitude that have.

Remember footballers are people too, and playing football is their job. Everyone is different.

Strange. I always thought it was Pooks attitude that let him down to be honest.

To be fair it seems he has grown up alot since leaving us.

Lukas joining Coventry on loan with a view to a permanent deal, will be an interesting one to follow.

My Cov supporting colleagues in Warwick are not renewing their season tickets this time around. They reckon it would be too expensive on neck braces now that Boothroyd is in charge.

Yup, the 1-0 loss to Hereford was followed by a Wiltshire Premier Shield match, he claimed that his eyes went blurry and returned to PNE.

So, the answer is two shit games for Swindon Smiley

Isn't he partially colourblind or something?
