I get they don't want someone taking him for free when they've developed him. I get they are pissed off.
But they have to be realistic in their valuation. It may not be be us that takes him, but it seems nobody else is willing to invest either.
He improved as he played, but so far he has had an OK 1/2 season in division 4. Can any of us really say he showed enough to be championship bound in the next few seasons? Seems that the (admittedly rumoured) 600K valuation would think Ipswich do. Surely then a big sell on would be better.
Seems they are either playing at brinkmanship, or simply spiteful enough to let him rot for another year.

Just before the transfer window slams shut, Ipswich will realise they are going to get nowhere near what they want for him and we will do a deal with them.
My own personal opinion on the player...not convinced at this point.
600k....not a chance they get remotely close to that.

I've absolutely no idea but surely they have some kind of courtesy of care for their employees? Obviously I don't know what's happening at Ipswich but for him not to have been involved in training/games since April surely isn't in his best interest? I'm sure there has to be some responsibility on the club? Wasn't something changed when that kid from Man City killed himself after being released? I get that those are completely separate things but surely Ipswich have to treat him properly/better than they are?
