They won't sack Lambert hes on a very lucrative 5 year contract.
They cannot afford to sack him.
Apparently he is trying to "ruffle a few feathers" and get under performing players to start to try and improve. 2 of those he directly had a go at were Norwood and Woolfenden accordign to the Ipswich forums.
