Like I say, given he's repeatedly mentioned this in national newspapers presumably his successive managers (and their sports science staff) have been OK with it. If they are OK with it, why are you getting your knickers in a knot about it? Not like he's out snorting coke and partying all night is it?
You have responded to a post where i openly stated i got pissed off more than i probably should about it? Only one person here getting their knickers in a knot. Also while we are on the point still i said i was cheesed off as it isn't very professional and that is what i actually asked you? I am not saying it's not scientifically ok but do you think it's professional for a footballer to stay up all night and go straight to training in the middle of a relegation battle? |

My point was really that I don't think my opinion (or yours for that matter) as to whether that's OK or not counts so much as the player's employers who presumably are OK with it. And I'm guessing they know more about a) whether it's OK generally and b) what impact or not it has on this player in this specific context than either of us. That was what I was angling at |
