I wouldn’t be surprised to see Caddis considered for centre back...Fryers at LB and Hunt at RB. Caddis was always quite capable as CB, but on the right was always where he was most dangerous. With a few years in his legs, a more permanent move to CB could be a better fit?

Caddis capable at centre back? He has never played there in his life! And with his lack of height I think he’d be the last person we’d throw in at that position.

Alan McCormack was excellent at CB for us in the Di Canio promotion season and he was only 5' 8"...I'm guessing he'd also never played that position before. Having said that, I would imagine Caddis would slot in at RB and Hunt will shift over to LB. Great addition to the squad though wherever Wellens decides to play him.

Did see Caddis at CB away at Dagenham once. We were down to 10 though and that was before PDC started taking L2 seriously.

Still think Alan McCormack’s stint at CB was superb. One of our best centre backs in recent times was actually a midfielder, who was never much use in midfield for us. I also think Nathan Thompson, another midget in the middle, was better in his period as sweeper under Cooper, than he ever was at right back.

Still think Alan McCormack’s stint at CB was superb. It really was, when teams sat in he was able to bring the ball out and pull opposition players out of position leaving that right hand trio of Ritchie, Ferry and Caddis free to open them up.

Si Ferry found in a wardrobe in a compromising situation.
Well that's it then. We shall now complete the season as League Two Champions. Can't fault Reg this season.
