Like a number of us, I thought Branco was a little below par for League One but was sorry to see a likely League Two stalwart depart. Had he stayed, he could have been injured from September onwards like the rest of our half decent centre backs. Pleasing to see him finding a niche, Benfica move or not, and under his nose given his Portuguese mother tongue. |

I think their front 2 have gone/going (Cook and Norwood) and so could struggle if they don’t replace them properly.
