Would be a big shock to me if he stayed up north. I do feel a bit for Wellens in that regard as he managed to get a good calibre of players on a good wage because of those injuries, offering them deals in the summer was the issue for me

The injury prone players perfectly sum Wellens time here (imo)
One season it wasn’t an issue and seemed a fantastic bit of business.
Next season all of them are injured for practically the entire season.

The first season wasn't shoe horned into a shorter period and was in a division lower wherfe a bit of extra quality tells.

The second season was in strange times and where the quality was at least equal.

The gamble was worth it in the first and not in the second.  For last season, once it became clear how the games were going to be played, you needed a squad of been there and done it war horse types.  I don't think it is much of a surprise that most of the teams I saw in the Play Off matches just looked well drilled.  Nothing spectacular, but the sort of team that grinds a 1-0 against similar opposition.

I think the Bodin to Swindon thing is down to some on Gaschat noticing his original tweet was ‘time for a new challenge’ with a blue heart emoji which was then changed to a red heart.

That is how transfers are done, right?

Anyway, I’d have him back in a low basic wage bolstered by a pay as you play and goal bonus.

Good luck at Wembley today to ex Swindon, never to be forgotten, long serving legend Kevin Freegard who is on the bench for Swansea vs Brentford.

Not surprising - the lad knows where the goal is.

Yes, pity he mostly doesn't know where the last defender is!

If he is worth £500k we are in deep do-do! Because We won't be able to afford anything like that and he wouldn't be one of the top stars in L2.

No way is Tyler worth that much!

Hes a decent player but probably £50k to 100k absolute max.

Congratulations to Blackpool winning promotion to the championship with Yates playing a major part and doing his chances of a move to a bigger club no harm.
