If that happens I'd be thrilled. It was down to Granville, in my opinion, that both good keepers last season were inconsistant.

Totally agree....
Brez used to be king in the air, coming to claim crosses with confidence, Granville came in and it was suddenly all unconvincing punches and poor positional sense...

Hartlepool have announced that he's left to join us, so I guess its another Shirtliff situation.

Every day I look forward to the new season more and more.
We seem to be slowly building off the pitch, on the pitch and on the training field.
Keep it up and I might just be a bit optimistic.

Adver suggests that this is only a part time position, surely a coaches job should be full time, isn't this the siuation we had with Dibgy a few years back he was a part tmie gk coach and the keepers at the time moaned they would prefer a full time gk coach to help them improve ?

We'd all be excited if we get wood, but it would be a bit of a flop if we didn't.

Will the keepers be forming a splinter group, or a separate branch altogether ?

You'd think so. Can't think of many other professions where you would re-locate for a part time job. Unless he lives further south of course
