the chance to see the new STFC team ahead of everyone else - imagine the bragging you could do!

I know we're quite a sad bunch, but I really don't think anyone can get away with bragging on here.

I would go to Austria for the holiday and the added bonus of watching Swindon in a distant land but since when have friendlies been a good indication of how it'll go during the season?

One evening in July, when you have just finished watching EastEnders and you are cleaning your ears, I will be on here bragging about the STFC match I have just watched in Austria. Of course you will have to wait to see the new players and how they play together.

You're right. I may never recover.

Enjoy your hols.

Why don't you lot plan your holidays around STFC pre-season? All these excuses - I've got to take my second cousin to her ballet lesson - pathetic!

I moved to Swindon because of the team, and I would willingly sell my house and all its contents to keep Simon Cox at the CG.

I am going to appoint myself as 'Swindon's cultural attache' based on Barry Humphreys Les Patterson character.

Honestly, and we all like town, but get out more.

I'm sorry but I just can't afford to go, does that make you a better fan than me?
