On Sky Sports News, they reckon he's held talk with Le Tissier and will be appointed if his consortiums bid is successful.

Keegan only works with significant funding - he tends to walk otherwise.

He would never be a choice of mine as management material, poor manager, needs high budget.....gets average at best results.

I am not so sure Arriba, I loved him as a player but his style is a bit too gung ho for my liking.

Might do well but I do think he gets cold feet a little quickly, I could be wrong tho.

He did well at Fulham, then had a decent 1st spell at Newcastle. It was all downhill after that. Hope he gets the job and takes them down.

In those days, I could have guided Fulham to promotion.

He did a great job at Newcastle helping them punch above their weight for seasons - which is what he was supposed to do.

At this level, Kevin Keegan would do well I imagine.

This all stems from Radio Solent getting sent mobile phone pics of Keegan with Le Tissier and Leon Crouch (separately), so not quite as solid as SSN are making out. He may have been meeting them because they were trying to get him involved in the buy-out not as a manager?
