Swindon reveal new youth set-up

Swindon are prepared to start paying fees to sign youth-team players from other clubs to try to improve their junior set-up.

they should be looking at replacing a few of the cofe coaches.frankly, they dont get the best out of the players,and the better coaches have moved on.
looking further afield for players is a good thing.but the local scouting by stfc is non existant,and as mentioned the coaching leaves alot to be desired.
