Sorry if ive missed something, has Easton turned down a new contract or not?
I was just browsing the PFA released players list and he's on it. Shame if he is, was quality in his first season here.

Nothing has been confirmed... I thought the deadline for those offered new deals was tomorrow.

He came second in his little run, that's all the official website is telling me.

I hope he stays. He was below par last season but struggled to have an injury free run in central midfield.

To be completely honest I really don't think we need him to sign, he was a very good player for us in his first season but last season he lost his way big time and while he may be able to recapture that form I think Danny can find as good as or better in the freeby market this summer. His wages must be fairly high too and I really don't see him in the first choice 11 next term so not worth having as a squad player for me.
No point being sentimental because he helped put Oxford out of the league.

Craig Easton can be useful and I would be happy if he signed but in football terms it won't end our world if he goes.
Same with all the others with decisions to make.

Probably niggling injury slowed him up last season, as well as Malpractice as manager. Expect him to sign and do well.

I'd actually be surprised if he signed, as bound to be less money, not sussed either way tbh.

It might be less money, but will it be any less than he'd get elsewhere after a season of mediocrity?
