Hasney: Wilson signings will raise eyebrows

CLUB captain Hasney Aljofree has told Town fans not to panic over the lack of transfer activity at the County Ground so far this summer, insisting Danny Wilson will soon bring in the
headline-grabbers that will invigorate the team next term.

Tis just a generic story - which is not Aljofree's fault as most of the fan comments suggest!

Some of Maurice Maplas's signings raised my eyebrows.

Dont like it, dont read it.

To be fair, I feel a bit gutted if there isnt a Swindon story in there every day.

Making a story from nothing that means nothing...

Arjokefree should concentrate on improving his first, second and third touch.

He burnt his bridges for me with his reaction to the town supporters at Franchise.

They could at least make an effort, it doesn't take much imagination.

Maybe the odd club/stadium history article, not just on us but clubs we are linked with.

Past and present player profiles.

"On this day xx yrs ago" articles.

More info on upcoming friendlies.

What about the ocassional bit on how our yoofs are progressing?

The list goes on really but NOTHING. It'll only take some googling and the odd trip to the CG to put something worthy together once a week or so but they just don't bother.

Lazy journalism if you ask me.

I agree they do seem obsessed with getting off hand comments from players and blowing them up on the back page.

Doesnt usually do the players any favours either.
