Seems to me that fitton may have been asked to shut up a bit by celtic. He made it clear there was a bid and has now backtracked

The longer this goes on the more i'm inclined to think Coxy will still be with us next season which can only be a good thing. Surely Coxy signing a new contract would sell an additional 500-1000 season tickets alone?

These Adver articles are getting a bit dull now...They are all the same...
Sensationalist headline Semi-made up story Quote from Fitton Something which contradicts several other articles written in the past week Random "in other (internet rumour) news" paragraph
Yet I still read them. Why?!

In this case it's that Rose could join his old boss Turner at Hartlepool. Which wouldn't upset me in the slightest.

I must admit I couldn't give a toss where Cox ends up as long as we maximise the amount of money we receive. If its from a rival then fair enough £2.25 from Leeds is better than £2m from WBA for example.

I'm sorry but I'm just going to have to say it, even if people do bum him... Andrew Fitton really needs to keep his trap shut, the bloke's a fucking PR disaster half the time.
