Playing regularly, probably as captain. It a good Greer move for him.
Is that really germaine to the discussion?

Let's hope he's a more consistent butler than he is a defender.

OTJ had ability but needs to improve his awareness and descision making. Do that and he'll be great. Right now no more effective than JPM. Scored a couple of important goals though.
Just in case people missed Batch's wind up attempts.

Nope, I was entirely serious. I suspect I won't be making the same comment at the end of next season if he improves as he should.

I think our next signing will be key to our rebuilding plans though, there was always a high possibility of Greer coming here but I think the next signing may blow people away with his quality - Wilson is a shrewd operator

Am I missing something here? Do you know something?

What happened to my come all over a little Gordon Greer jib?
Has it been deleted? If so I demand it's reinstated, I had been weighing up the pros and cons of that post since lunch.

I'm made up...shows how progress has been made behind the scenes. Would the previous management have been able to pull this off...I don't think so. The informing of Stanley first, just further reveals how much they think of the fella. Under the previous regime, he'd have just had to find out at the same time as the rest of us. As for Greer, it's a little known fact that every time we've been promoted out of the 3rd tier we've had a Sweatie centre half...
