Nick Watkins said in today's adver that only two people have signed up for the 5year option. That says alot
There wasn't a 5-year option - two sets of people have explicitly gone and asked how much a 5-year deal would cost. So, no, it doesn't say very much at all.  Much like you so far

Ouch! Point taken it was the 3 year option I was thinking about. How many of them have been sold? anyone know?

Er, sorry I was a bit harsh there. Between 80-100, depending on which website update you believe, as of couple of weeks ago

 Cheesy

I am going to invite Paul to run the door for an upcoming party I have got!

Anyone turns up that he doesn't like the look off he will smash them in the face!

Ave it!

Funny, you seemed quite calm at Walsall!  Grin

I don't know how anyone can buy a 3 year season ticket, let alone a 5 year one. I feel near suicidal having committed myself to another 12 months of watching them playing shit and hopeless football at the County Ground, the thought alone of having to endure it for 3 years makes me feel like topping myself.

Why bother buying a season ticket then?  Roll Eyes

I really don't understand some people.

But thats what we "Signed up" for when we started supporting the Town. If we wanted a team that always did well we'd be talking about ManUre or Chelski & the price of our sky subscription & it'd be pretty boring (IMHO).
To me thats the difference between true football supporters & glory hunters

I really don't understand some people.

For years I refused to get a season ticket, or go to many games, due to the ridiculous pricing. All that time I said if they ever got realistic with the prices I'd be first in line to get a season ticket. So they kind of called my bluff by reducing the season ticket to under £12 a game, forcing my hand. Bastards.

Bizarrely, I also get a kick out of watching them play shit as it gives me something to moan about. Besides, can anyone honestly say they go to games due to the high quality of football that we get or to see them win?
