What was he doing in Commercial Rd at that time ? I suspect though if he is found guilty then his contract will be terminated the same as Adi Williams.
Wasn't it the Club awards night Sunday - so did he and other lads come into town to carry on drinking ?
But innocent until proven guilty though, I'm sure this will be dealt with internally.
