Everybody I know except my gran downloads film and music for free from rapidshare.com. Is this illegal and has anyone ever get in trouble for it?

People that buy music are just dumb. Its like buying bottled water. Dont people realise its free and comes out of taps.

Not necessarily, some of it genuinely does come from springs and what not.

Of course, it's still much the same.

Whilst I wouldn't steal a car. If I could make an exact copy of a mates car for no cost then I probably would.

I buy bottled water.

The difference being that I am much less likely to get botulism than if I drank from the tap.
