Interesting hybrid...looks like a cross between a quinquereme and a carrack.
In fact, I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to use the word quinquereme, having been forced to learn it as a 10 year old...and subsequently having no use for the knowledge.

Are there any other words which contain two qu? I can't think of any, but then I wouldn't put it past me missing some obvious ones.

Queequeg was a harpooner on the Pequod. (never thought I'd type that sentence.)
Is a ship a vehicle ? I thought that was generally reserved for land based transportation, although my dictionary is vague on the matter.
