I might be getting my years mixed up because I think we did well in the FA Youth Cup in back to back seasons but the cup run I remember. Lukas Jutkiewicz was the best thing on display at the time.
cant say i was that impressed by Lukas during the Youth Cup he always seemed he felt he was too good to play in it and was lazy, Luke Hopper and Mus Carayol were the 2 that impesssed me most at the time |

allen is lightweight and small for those reasons i think he wont make it long term here.he isn't gifted enough for his deficiencies to be outweighed by talent.shame as i want lads to come through, but it's what i think anyway.
I'm not sure about Allen. He is a lightweight at the moment but that can be sorted out by beefing him up a bit, not sure that he is too small though. Marshall was a lightweight when he joined and he has improved in that regard so they should be able to do the same with Allen. I'm guessing Wilson must have seen something he likes to have picked him a few times. I can't see anyone else wanting Allen, so maybe give him another year and see how he develops. I can't imagine he's getting paid that much so it won't be much of a financial outlay. Better to take a chance on him than Nalis. |

we have all been saying since chrissy was in the youth team he needs to beef up, he is now coming to the end of his 2 year pro contract, its obvious his lack of strength is his weakness, why hasnt he already done it??
