Brighton Train Fare

Does anyone know how far north the train fare part of the ticket on the Brighton match day ticket is valid for?
From Swindon-Brighton it is £54.00 return. If you go from Swindon-Burgess Hill it is £20.00 and use the rail voucher on the match day ticket for the rest of the journey to Preston Park.
Does anyone know how far north of Preston Park, the rail voucher is valid for? Cheers

it is as far north as haywards heath, but you can only use it after midday, so get train to haywards heath/preston park which pases hheath at midday.
to the west its shoreham by sea and to the east its seaford.
it includes buses too.

I would advise to go swindon>reading>gatwick>brighton. Couple of extra changes but it will reduce your fare.
It's what i always do.
