Why didn't they sign Cox?

Or, for that matter, Sam Parkin?

Did they not answer that one yesterday? The answer being financial reasons.

Although Parkin had a poor season there didn't he? Plus they tried quite hard for Cox, he appeared to be Northampton bound at one point.
