it's crap that you download from webpages inadvertedly, fuck knows what it does but it slows your PC down. I use Ad-Aware but there are others such as Spybot S&D and I believe some of the heftier anti-virus programs have them built in. |

Do a google search and get yourself Hitman Pro it's a Dutch program and it's free.
It downloads all of the spyware programs including the add ons you normally have to pay for. Once you run it, it runs everything for you.
Sadly it's all in Dutch but it's easy to install and all of the programs are in englishhhhhhhhhhh.

Yeovil, my PC slowed to a crawl so I took it to a shop and they said it was by far the worst case of spy ware they had ever seen. I only go on football and football violence sites so Iv got my suspicions that the OB are using it. You have been warned. :run:
I got super duper protector shit now.

The microsoft one is crap compared to the others. I have been using it for a while to try it out and it picks up hardly anything compared to the others.
