I've met him at a transport conference last year and when he was talking he reminded me of a headmaster the way he spoke down to you but at the same time he was always looking to fuck your arse!!!!! You know the one where QEII is the head of state, and where a rather dull parliamentary democracy is currently dominated by the Conservative Party. A nation where the closest thing to a social democratic party, the New Democratic Party has only a small socialist caucas, and anyway has less than 40 MP's and is the third largest party behind the Liberals and HAS NEVER FORMED A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. So obviously that can't be the one you're referring to? |
