Turning out to be quite important day.  I believe it is transfer deadline day for loans, also the Football League have stated that any club going into administration after that date will have the 10 point deduction either transferred to the new season or applied this season.  This will depend on whether the club would be relegated without the deduction or not.  All designed to stop another Leeds fiasco.  Up to 9 clubs are reckoned to be close to administration and may decide to bail out before the 26th!

Obviously anything to secure L1 football but I'd be a little embarressed if we were saved by a points deduction for another club.

No I don't, but I got that from a Norwich City link, who are actually denying that they are one of them - which is interesting considering the attendances they get.  If they are struggling with over 20,000 in most games then the future for quite a few seems bleak.
