Yep, degree.

Back in the days where you didn't find them in cereal packets.

I'm in my 2nd year at the moment doing Geography with Economics at the LSE. Very difficult degree and very expensive. A good laugh though and I love the independence - it's the only way I could afford to spend 3 years in London straight after leaving school

I take it your doing more human geography than physical seeing as you're doing economics as well?

Did someone say they have Three Degrees ?

FWIW I don't have a degree. Got a job in IT straight after a-levels and when you're living at home £13k a year is a lot of money.

I do wish I had a degree sometimes and have looked several times at OU courses but don't know what to do, certainly nothing fucking IT related!

MBA here
Despite not having a degree I have given lectures to MBA students at Universities of Bath, Bristol and De Montford Leicester. I felt like a fraud, which of course I was.

Graduate of the Plastics and Rubber Institute,  it took seven years of day release study while working as a technologist then upgraded to professional membership, MIM. It did not cost a lot (except man hours).

A preparation for life.  Apparently.

Can't teach an old dog new tricks eh Fred ? (not easily anyway)

I must admit, don't think I could have gone back to studying after a break - I did A-levels, degree, Accountancy qualification, consecutively. Then threw away the books !
