I fucking hope we win this. Travelling in a car back with 3 southend fans will not be much fun otherwise. No comical fuck ups, strikers taking their chances and the midfield getting stuck in please

Well up for this one, the sun is out again so should be a good night for it.  Its the first of many must win games and I am feeling strangely optimistic.  I am going for 3-1 to us tonight.

So was our last game, and the one before that...

I think we'll lose today and secure our place in the league one drop zone.

Its obvious the players don't care so why would they suddenly start being bothered about this game tonight?

Fuck knows how this one will go!

Got to stay as optimistic as possible and say, COME ON!!!!!!!

Our survival relies on a decent return from the next 4 games and we need to get a run going and along with a bucket load of confidence, so every fucker needs to turn up tonight and give it there all, players and crowd!

Bring it on!

Fair enough.

So, it's "Do it for Dave Day" at the County Ground this evening. A worthy cause I'm sure.

I want the players to see this thread before the match, and know exactly how much it means to me. No more motivation is needed
