The one and only 20/20 match is about 3/4 of the way through and I'm reminded why Test Cricket is immeasurably better. Steve Davies topscored for us with 27 or so, Gareth sodding Batty is in the team.
A few thoughts:
- Why isn't Napier in our 20/20 team - Amjad Khan? In 20/20? The guy is a free hit fest waiting to happen. - I really don't care about this stuff at all, which is a shame as Cricket seems to be going that way.

The England selectors/backroom staff, really seem to have no idea, what to do with 20/20. Mind you it doesn't help when the home town ump gives your star batsman the finger, when he backs away showing all three and is hit 6 inches outside the line.

I'll be honest, I only switched it on 5 minutes ago as I forgot it was on, I'm guessing this was Pietersen?

our t20 record is pretty embarrassing. fortunately (and quite rightly) i don't think anyone is terribly interested in it as a competition...

Shah and Bopara are at the wicket. Odds on the next wicket being a run out anyone?
