Looking to go to Frankfurt for a Friday night lash up and plan to go to see Eintracht v Hamburg which is the last weekend of the season.

Currently the games are on Saturday 23rd May but is there any/much chance of these being moved to the Sunday? The reason I ask is that I can't make the Sunday and want to buy tickets as soon as possible.

Is it easy to get tickets for German matches?

It's the last game of the season!!! Can't be on a different day.

I'm going to Karlsruhe vs Hertha Berlin on the saturday (23rd may) and Nürnberg vs '60 München on the sunday (2nd division). Already bought tickets via email, was very easy. Would get them bought soon as you can though just in case though.

Oh and if you even think of appreciating anything Eintract do (be it score, good pass etc) then you are going in my black book.

FC St Pauli vs VFL Bochum, about 10 years ago.  Best 0-0 draw I've ever seen.

Can't believe Hertha are top of the league - saw them in the UEFA Cup at St Patrick's Athletic and they were absolute garbage. St Pat's hit the post twice and the best player for Hertha was Voronin and he was utter toss.

Thanks for the info KR. Frankfurt are kind of my local Bundesliga side although I have a soft spot for Cologne after visiting the city last year.

When you click on ticketinfos:

ausverkauft (außer Gastkontingent) = sold out (apart from away allocation)

and http://www.eintracht.de/tickets/online-ticketing/?product=hamburg

Freie plätze = 0 for all stands.

Must be nonsense, send them an email     info@eintracht-frankfurt.de
English will be alright

Says they're available, but when you go to select tickets all 4 stands are showing "0 free places".

Have emailed them to see what's what.

Thanks for the help guys!

Wonder how easy it would be to get tickets in the Hamburg section? I'm guessing as they are still playing for top spot there are 2 chances and slim is out of town.

I tried to get away tickets for Wolfsburg vs Karlsruhe this season (didn't end up going as would've cost a fortune) and seems you will have to try and go through HSV - but I don't think they issue the tickets to the away club until a few weeks before the game.

Got a response from Eintracht and they have confirmed that they have sold out of tickets for this match. She suggested I try and contact Hamburg to try and get tickets in the Hamburg section. Can you do me a favour and see if you can find me an accurate email for Hamburg so I can contact them?

I'm suprised they've sold out so quickly! That's quite impressive.

I'd try this first: auswaertstickets@hsv.de  (auswaertstickets = away tickets)

Then this: info@hsv.de

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

Got a reply from Hamburg saying the game is completely sold out!

How far is Karlsruhe from Frankfurt on the train KR? Potentially could go for a night out in Frankfurt Friday night and then go to see Karlsruhe v HB on the Saturday. Provided of course I can get back to Luxembourg from Karlsruhe!
