Big lack of entries. Does anybody who said they wanted to enter going to go for it if I extend the deadline for another week? Or should I go with what I've got in a rather limited poll?

They do a lovely bacon, brie and cranberry baguette in the sandwich shop in my town.  :eatkf:

I planned to use potato bread for my sandwich but I'm not sure I can be arsed to make it. Maybe if I do pie and mash on Friday I could use the leftovers and make an entry on Sunday though.
