Think mr wilson needs to keep stuum on possible signings until they are done, as nothing ever tangible seems to happen, in the timescales mentioned.

Wilson in his post game interview mentioned he might get the nod on a player over the weekend.

The player's girlfriend's wangers were not asked about by the R.S. reporter.

One player turned us down. We are still hopeful on the other (BBC RS).

Adver name Owain Tudur Jones, who we tried to sign a while ago (can't remember who was manager). Also states the player that turned us down was probably Noble. Then again the Adver does seem to make it up as they go along these days.

Done deal according to the BBC - One month

Swansea City midfielder Owain Tudur Jones is to join League One strugglers Swindon Town on a month-long loan deal.

The 24-year-old has had few opportunities at the Liberty Stadium this season having made just four starts in the Championship.

Tudur Jones has not been helped by his injury problems as he has a suffered consistent knee trouble.

Swindon have recruited the three-times capped Wales international as the Robins attempt to stave off relegation.

Teenage sensation Joe Allen has jumped ahead of Tudur Jones in Swans boss Roberto Martinez's midfield pecking order despite injuries Ferrie Bodde and the recently returned Darren Pratley.

Him alongside Kanyuka, Job Done! Tudor Jones is IMO one of the best midfielders at this level when fit. A mate at work is a Swansea fan and doesn't understand why he isn't in their team if fit.

I would think so IF the deal is done, no real confirmation from either club yet.

Like Gaz says, he's a very good player for League One. I wouldn't have thought we'd have signed him if he wasn't fit to play.

Agree, Well lets hope we get confirmation of the deal shortly... I have seen a couple of "It is understood",  "It is belived" There is no smoke without fire but the adver listed about 10 players over the last week so will be cautiously optimistic. But as said before, This is a massive signing in midfield if it comes off and Kudos to DW.

I seem to remember we lost out on signing him from Bangor to Swansea under Kingy, didn't we? Dunno much about him but I've heard he's quite good.

Back in January Martinez said Jones was 110% physically fit but rusty:
