surely under that logic the horse had to be sent to horse prison! and the shirt cant be that offensive when the building they are infront of has got bankers coming from its entrance - by logic again the building should be sent to building prison. plus the writing was hardly legible unless you are 10 foot away. |

Oh, don't me get wrong, it's like the old breach of the peace, widely abused as a catch-all for "being lairy in public" or "doing stuff what I don't think you should", but it's not what the law says |
