Both signed 1-year contract extentions according to the Adver this morning.

Happy with that. Thought we might've tried to tie Morrisson down to a longer deal though.

Yeah, I was suprised that Morrison only signed a 1 year deal too. Good news for Kennedy though.

Surprised it is only a 1 year deal for either, thought it would be at least 2 year deal.

Surely that helps if a bigger club comes along the player in question is free after a year with a fee decided by tribunal

I think Kennedy will be a good little pro in years to come, so hopefully we'll get some use out of him next season

these 2 contracts were offered about a month ago, the club started to apply some pressure so sean signed a few weeks ago and callum signed earlier this week, wanna hurry up and get Lloyd and nath signed up, Lloyd bagged a brace for the ressies at Bournemouth

A year seems a bit pointless, we'll be in the same position this time next year. Big clubs come knocking and they'll get them on the cheap.

Agree with the sentiments already on here, I actually thought Morrison had signed a long term deal, possibly three years, but that rumour obviously wrong.

You can't make players sign 2-3 year extensions if they only want 1 year.

Nathan Thompson, I don't think is that good.

I was shocked Swindon took him on in the first place.

I kind of agree about Morrisson arriba, but it's not going to do any good for his development to stick him in a losing team.

Kennedy is more than adequate cover for Vincent and I think we'll see more of him because Vincent's not getting any younger and I think he'll find it hard to maintain full fitness for a whole season.

Agree about Kennedy. I've not seen much of him but he looked very competent and composed at Crewe, in a game where most of the team failed to turn up.
