Just signed for Scunny from Southampton on a months loan. Younger brother of Matthew Mills the Doncaster defender and another Swindon lad... I think he's quite highly rated down there, I played against him at school a few times and seem to remember he was a striker but he's been playing left back.

He was just starting to break in to the first team before christmas, has looked promising when he's played.

This is the problem with these local forums, I probably know who half of you are without realising it.

Any relation to a JP Mills, who I played against many times when playing for my school?  He was a Bradon boy, I was playing for Commonweal.  JP was always the best player on the pitch (me excluded, obviously) - always wondered if he got anywhere.  I'm 24 by the way, to give you an idea of the age group.

JP's younger brother, four of them, JP is second, Joseph is the youngest and Matt Mills (Doncaster) is in the middle.

JP Mills was playing for Witney United last I'd heard, although that's going back a bit.

Thanks for the info guys, much appreciated.

On a similar note - does anyone remember a few years back, Yeading v Newcastle in the FA Cup live on the BBC?  Left back for the day for Yeading was Alex Stanley and was commended by the commentary team for his performance - I played in midfield with him for the school team.  Not the greatest claim to fame, but was good to see him on telly that day - he was streets ahead of the rest of us.
